Our Story

MOJO Consulting was started by Jason Shackles in 2014 as training services company to be utilized in regional training settings across Missouri. The training classes are daily operation tasks/ functions that jail officers are placed in on a shiftly basis no matter the size of the facility. MOJO has also been involved with at different levels on several new Missouri Jails construction projects:

• New staff training
• Physical Blue print analysis
• New Jail Assessment Committee

MOJO Consulting is a service based business that is bringing a modernized business approach to running the jails currently. We help agencies take Jail Operations into the 21st Century with a business methodology to manage the Jails today no matter the size.
